So, with a baby on the way in April (you do know that, right?), Cary and I have come to the conclusion that I am unlikely to be using my electric guitar and related equipment in the near future. Not like I've used it that much in the past 3-4 years, anyways...
I am now looking to sell my gear, as detailed in the following pictures. I'm hoping to sell it to someone who lives in Raleigh, so I'll be sending info to the musicians I know at church, etc. first before broadcasting more widely via eBay or elsewhere. All of it has been well maintained and was never "on tour" or anything like that, so it hasn't suffered a lot of wear and tear. Without further ado, here is what I have, along with my approximate asking price (based on comparable sales) but as I said, I'm willing to entertain offers:
1998 Fender Stratocaster, electric blue (made in mexico); classic strat, enough said: $350
Marshall Valvestate 102R Amplifier with 2 channel footswitch, 100 Watts, 2 x 12" gold-back Celestion speakers; this is an excellent small venue amp that works well with acoustic guitars as well, and easily has enough power to drive over drums and bass: $425 
Here is the crown jewel of the collection, a vintage Electro-harmonix Memory Man Deluxe. This is the best analog delay pedal ever made (much warmer and no digital fizzing after a few echoes), and it also features vibrato and chorus effects as well: $225
Boss BF-2 Flanger: $30
Boss AC-2 Acoustic Simulator (very unique effect, gives a lot of live flexibility): $25
Boss GE-7 Graphic Equalizer: $35
And finally, more of the vintage Electro-harmonix pedals with Russian versions of the Big Muff and Small Stone. The Big Muff is an analog distortion pedal that can get as heavy as you want, or provide sweet violin-like sustain if preferable. The Small Stone is the original phaser (think of the sound in the 90's Live song "Lightning Crashes") and is another great analog pedal.
